If you have active water, structural risk, or severe fire/storm damage, rapid response is critical to saving your property from further destruction.

What is happening right now?

Active Floor/Ceiling Water Leak

Turn off your main water valve immediately if safe. Do not use electrical appliances in wet areas.

Severe Storm / Roof Damage / Trees

Stay clear of the damaged structure. If the roof is open to weather, immediate board-up or tarping is required to prevent water intrusion.

Post-Fire / Heavy Smoke

Do not enter the property until cleared by the Fire Department. Ash and soot are hazardous.

Our Role in Emergencies

We help secure the property and coordinate the right mitigation team. Once the property is dried out, stabilized, or made safe, we step back in to handle the complete structural rebuild, drywall, paint, and restoration.

Step 1: Mitigation & Stabilization

Stopping water, cleaning smoke, removing hazardous destroyed materials, and drying the structure.

Step 2: The Rebuild Phase

Connecticut Restorations takes over to rebuild walls, reinstall flooring, hang trim, paint, and return your home to pre-loss condition.

Damage already stabilized?

If the water is stopped or the mitigation team has already left, you just need a rebuild estimate.
